You can't post 2 pics/comments within 30 seconds of each other unless you use a proxy. But the use of a proxy would have changed his ID, which is not the case in the pic above.
So, to conclude, posting twice within 30 seconds while keeping the same ID is impossible. And therefore the picture is fake.
