technically yes, however I'm sure there are community patches that can take care of the majority of them, that and the pc version doesn't have to deal with anywhere near the amount of ******** bugs the consoles do.

in my time of playing I haven't dealt with anything game-breaking yet

I've beat the game twice so far, on top of dead money and honest hearts, and have only ever dealt with a quirky graphics bug and sex related bugs there was one that almost hindered my progress but thankfully reloading helped save that

well right now I've been playing more red orchestra 2, and just recently got to buy xenonauts on sale which was nice. been playing fallout new vegas here and there too. some age of empires 2 when I'm feelin it.
