 Really makes you rethink your life a bit. Every young person like myself would say "I want to be happy in life. That is my main goal, I don't care what I do." It's made me really think for a second. Why strive for happiness? Why strive for something we should only feel when everything goes in our favour, when we feel unconditional love and bliss due to current events. I say let happiness come to you, but don't avoid it. Live in the moment. Set goals, do not aim to compete them to their entirety. Similar to a quote from Bruce Lee, a goal sometimes serves simply as something to aim at. #5 -

Being honest, usually 18 and under, a majority of youths have an immature perception on happiness and it's more so the older people who regret not living a happy life earlier. I don't need everything going in my favour, Being grateful that there are people there for me makes me happy. Helping someone else makes me happy. You don't need happiness to survive, but what I've realized is for myself, I need it to** live** life fully to it's extent. Also, being a happy person, I am content with some things, I am not greedy or have wants that are pointless. I know you're not saying avoid happiness but happiness, unfortunately, doesn't come to you. Waiting there and hoping won't help. Taking control of your life and finding what happiness is for yourself is the challenge. What is happiness? it's up for you to decide. That's why we should strive for it, it is unique, this might make someone happy but for another it may not but those two can also find something that makes them both happy. When you realize what is happiness to you, you know how to live your life and a lot of people's main problem is fixing their life. So you can see why happiness is, in my opinion, something we need. Eh, by young I'd say (for young adults) 18-24, (maybe up to 28, it depends on the person and their life). That's usually the case, there's no way I can argue that or look into it while keeping it just as brief. I don't either, but just to summarize happiness in its full element... Sometimes, I like to think happiness and satisfaction are one in the same or completely different. I can't say which is which for everything but for being content with life, I would say being satisfied is the best you can ask for. If you personally require waking up every day with a huge smile on your face to take the day, so be it (just an example). You and I have the goal of happiness in common. I personally want to wake up every day, meditate in the morning, Get a sick ass blowjob , play vidya until I wish not to any longer, hang out with my friends, and end the day with a good ol' highlight of the evening smash. Others hate life but enjoy hating life, or are sad but enjoy the feeling. Being satisfied with your life (even how you are doing atm), is my definition of living life to the fullest. I feel like my life is in a bind at times. Just things I owe people for emotional damage I've done, nothing more. Then I realize I'm financially okay, I'm in college for something I want to do, and I have friends. I just realized I seriously need to do what makes me unfit to be a true FJ-er and get laid. #10 -
