Usopp is pretty strong post-time skip. I'd say he's above average in One Piece terms, but still no where near the level most of the others are at. His stamina and endurance are also not as high, but still above average.

Which is why I was pretty bothered by how Sugar was handled. It was funny, but I feel like Usopp could have actually beat Trebol and Sugar. I mean... To be honest, that first attack on Trebol that /splits him in half/ should have killed the guy. He's not a logia, apparently, so it makes no sense that Usopp couldn't have beat him.

Plus he could have just sealed him up in a plant and dealt with Sugar by bouncing her on those trampoline plants until she passed out from getting dizzy. Meh

He's pretty jacked post timeskip. If he trains like Zoro he can do it
