How do you know it's them? Have you identified who you saw?

To clarify, how do you know if your mind isn't constructing the person based on what they posted in the thread about their appearance?

we did this: we posted pics of each others, and if anyone saw anyone we would say so, and so we did. also since your dream or astral version isnt the same we described as how we would look

But if you knew what eachother would look like, it could very well be your mind inserting those people into your dream. Could you talk to those people?
