The piece is Hungarian Rhapsody No.2 by Franz Listz. The two compositions you mentioned is difficult for the sheer amount of notes involved, what makes this composition interesting is there is a place where Listz offers the Pianist a chance to improvise a Cadenza, which most pianists skip over when they learn/perform the piece which is already very difficult to play which involves parts of soft accuracy and fast difficult sections. It is incredibly hard to master and is a virtuoso piece up their with beethoven sonota 29 and prokofiev toccata op 11. If you listen to the friska you will definitely recognize the piece,which shows up in some old school cartoons, like how dracomancer mentioned Tom & Jerry. #8 -
