Road Not Taken
The main figure in the interpretation had two choices, roads to travel, just like in the poem. Although they were both very different they both made him happy. He believes in both cases that he made the right choice even though he had no idea about the outcome. It is not for any one person to decide which road is less traveled by, but every person has their own choice to make.
That was, beautiful.
That quote (although it was for information purposes) deserves to be framed.
I had to analyze the poem for a class, it is also my favorite.
oh wow. Yeah I took a class like that at my high school before. It's tough with certain poems because the writers insert subtle meaning behind simple ideas. This poem, though, is excellent.
And pretty much the entire time teachers look for deeper meanings that may or may not be there.
yeah hahah. It's a fun class to take though, I have to admit.
That's the beauty of these poems. Whether there is a deeper meaning or not is completely made up by the reader. It's amazing how words alone can make minds think so deeply about simple words.
