Fair enough, but my point still stands.. everything about that situation suggested he was going for something to defend himself with, and the bugfucker just stood there uselessly, awaiting his fate. Not a lot of strong survival instincts with that gentleman, I presume.

I keep things other than guns in my trunk. If somebody has a chain or wrenches or anything heavy, you can be in a lot of trouble by getting that close to their trunk.

No doubt that it's the case here. I live in Indy, and I pack everywhere I go. But we live close to a shitty area.

i wish i could have kept the one i found. everyone's saying i could have kept it away from my grandmother, but my room has no doors on it plus i'm not home enough to take care of it. i work 8-10 hours, get home and relax for 2-3 hours and sleep for as long as i can before i work again.

Yeah man, taking care of these guys when they're that small is literally a full time job, and then some. For the first few weeks you have to feed them every few hours, I'm just lucky I have a friend that has the time to help me. She kicks ass. I don't know about everybody else, but I understand. Bringing it home and taking it to the shelter was pretty badass, you did what you could. Fist bump, internet stranger, well done.
