Eat as much protein as you can and some carbs as well. Work on your push ups each and every day if you can. Keep track of your calories and maybe eat at just above 2k a day to bulk. But go for a quick run every day, doesnt have to be long, just around your block. Build up your endurance like you want. But keeping track of calories is key, eat more then you use a day to gain mass. | ||

| ok, lets start with this. How tall, and how much do you weigh? If you are Auschwitz mode then you need to bulk, but if you are some what big then you need to cut and lean up. Im guessing you are probably average size so I would say is every morning, try doing a few push ups when you get up and go from there. Eat lots of protein I might ad, this will help you. Also in the regards of your running, you want to look for endurance, not right out speed. Just start by walking a mile every day and work your way up to jogging. You should be able to build some endurance by doing so. Hope this helps. #9119

A quick google search would be your best bet, but I can give you some personal experience advice, although I'm far from an expert. Back when I couldn't do a pushup or pullup, do you know what I did? I kept trying to do pushups and pullups. Before long I was able to do when. Then once I could do when, I shot for two, then three, then four, and so on. It will hurt, and you will most likely not enjoy it, but when I look at where I was years ago and where I am now I can't help but feel a huge sense of accomplishment. So pretty much, just work hard.
