Eat healthy. Don't eat things that have a lot of sugars or carbs unless the sugars are healthy sugars (fruits). A great and satisfying meal for building muscle is pasta, most pastas contain everything the body needs to keep up with a hardcore training day.
I'll also post a photo of what lean looks like.

Don't rely too much on your weight as a measurement, if you're lifting weights you gain muscle and that increases your weight which may throw you off. Try using a measuring tape to see where your body is at. From what you want I'm guessing you want to get lean so try to reduce your carb and sugar intake as much as you can. Try eating in more balanced portions and dividing your meals, meaning eat moderately every two hours or so.

But yeah people told me to eat more times a day and to eat as much as I can, my goal is pretty much to get more muscle mass so does it really matter what I eat or should I just chow away like a beast every few hours?
