Well, join the gym, if you lack motivation, you will find some once you start working out. The more you exercise, the more you will love it, simple as that.

Make a plan, diet or exercise plan, doesn't matter, it will help you keep an overview and will give you a goal.

Or start jogging. If you want to lose weight, that's one of the best ways. Maybe even the best. Find some music you enjoy, it'll help you stay motivated, and you will actually start enjoying your jogging sessions because of this.

I don't have to say no because no one is offering me a cheeseburger all day. Just stop wanting cheeseburgers, it's simple.

And I usually work out after college so I don't have much problem with the getting out of bed department, but if you just force yourself to do something for somewhere around 3 weeks it becomes a habit and you no longer have to consciously force yourself to do it.
