I was a tow truck driver for a lot of years. The rear end on any car is going to be substantially stronger than the front, no matter the make or model of the car. BMW front ends crumple just like a Hyundai, or a Ford, it's how they are designed.
Also, while the back end of that Beemer may be less damaged, it is going to cost A LOT of money to get it repaired.

can we see a pic of front end vs front end to make it fair?

they meant a scenario where they each crashed head on, obviously not the front of those exact two vehicles

Are you thinking of Savannah cats? Otherwise, good luck owning a wild animal that not only will piss everywhere and require special skills and maintenance, but can seriously injure you and potentially even kill you, pretty much out of the blue.
#52 - anon (06/03/2016) [-]
Yes, but dogs are domesticated animals, and won't hurt anyone as long as their owner isn't a dumbass and/or an asshole. Wild animals are not pets.
#55 - anon (06/03/2016) [-]
We're specifically talking about animals that have the potential of injuring and killing you. Are you seriously this dense?
#57 - anon (06/03/2016) [-]
Just because it's tame, it doesn't mean it's not a wild animal. The only way an animal isn't wild is if it's domesticated, which is extremely different from being tame. No matter how long you've raised one, a serval will always be a wild animal. Have you ever noticed how zoo animals born in captivity are behind glass and fences? There's a reason for that.
#59 - anon (06/03/2016) [-]
Dude, just stop it. You can't be serious at this point. What, you think gorillas, lions, jackals, etc. are all isolated in zoos just to keep them from escaping? You think zoos could just remove all the glass and bars and turn themselves into petting zoos?
Wild animals that could easily harm and kill you (including tame ones) are not pets. They're unpredictable and have too much dangerous, hard-wired instinct. A serval isn't just a bigger house cat. Frankly, you're a fool if you still haven't realized that.
#61 - anon (06/03/2016) [-]
Which is why I'm asking if that's what you think. What you've said up until now leads me to the believe that you don't think there's a difference between wild and domesticated animals.
#63 - anon (06/04/2016) [-]
Irrelevant and flawed. Many different animals have been domesticated over the last centuries and millennia, ranging from herbivores, to carnivores, from mammals to birds (even bugs in the form of honeybees, which have gone through behavioral changes for as long as we've been breeding them). It's only fair to assume that most animals similar to our current domesticated ones have the potential of being domesticated, but that only a select few have due to them serving important uses to us. Our ancestors didn't choose what animals to be domesticated based on their abilities to do so, as there's no such way of telling.
Despite all this, it's irrelevant. Servals aren't domesticated.

domesticated dogs might attack you if you piss them off enough or hurt them, but keeping savannah cats or servals as pets would be like keeping a wolf as a pet. it might like you, but their instincts to hunt and kill are much stronger than regular dogs and cats which have been largely domesticated by humans for thousands of years. also cats just tend to be more tempermental than dogs. even housecats get pissed off at you or don't feel like putting up with you for no reason. but they're too small do kill you easily so they just hide behind the couch or something.
