I chose to open it with iTunes - should I have saved it instead, or done something else entirely? I'm not very good with computers :/
(I have to leave for school now, so I won't be able to see what you write immediately, but any help would be appreciated.)

cut it (the folder "savant", not the rar)
Go to the folder where your itunes library is located
(easy to find by right clicking a song on itunes and selecting the "show in folder" option, at least that's how it is on windows.)
Paste it amongst the other artist folders
They will blend in with your itunes library only if you have put them on your ipod, that's why I don't use itunes with my ipod...
