You know? A developer kit? The machine the game is developed on that has a built in Xbox 360 emulator so they can test out their games. The dev kits also have a lot more horse power behind them, so they can handle much higher polygon counts and resolution textures. This game was recorded on a dev kit, not an actual Xbox, meaning it looks a lot better now than it will on release for the real console.

Don't get your hopes up, Bunjie marketed Halo 3 on being the last game and 'finishing' the fight. Microsoft then bought the rights from them and are in the process of shoving out another eight games with 343 studios.

No, Halo 3 was the end of the Covenant war. Originally they were going to make Halo 4. It was in an interview back in the summer of '10 I believe. They were about to start designing it and they had the story but instead they went with Reach. And I'm content with more Halo games as long as they're fun and good. But November is 5 months away. Let's just wait and see if 343i can deliver

Look at Halo Wars, that was done by Ensamble studios, and was a strategy game. That should be enough proof that Microsoft is willing to do anything to milk this cash cow until it's dead. They already have full length novels, comics books, Halloween costumes, replica weapons, action figures, art books, HD remakes, and who knows what else.

I seriously do think this is going to turn in a bad direction with the games getting worse, and the series is going to end as a crappy thing nobody liked rather than the glorious gem all the other games wanted to be.
