Oh, you've listed some great bands. One of the interesting things about Whitesnake is that they were formed in the aftermath of Deep Purple's break-up.

Dave Coverdale, singer from Whitesnake and Deep Purple really shows his talent in both bands. And in a way, I think, he carries over the spirit of Deep Purple in Whitesnake.
Deep Purple Strange Kind Of Woman

Granted that I'm dipping slightly into 1960s music, it's still a wonderful sound.

I think you may like more of the Progressive Rock bands from the 1970s.

Three of the big ones would be Rush, Yes, and The Moody Blues.

What do you think of them?
Rush - Lessons (1976)
Yes - Roundabout (1971)
The Moody Blues - Steppin' In A Slide Zone (1978)

I've always preferred Nancy Sinatra's work, to be honest.

Could it be that I've found another like myself? With tastes as broad as the horizon?

I listen to anywhere from Classical Music to 1930s Big band through up until about 1990s. Very little 2000s +
User avatar #23 to #22 - devourhim (11/19/2013) [-]
maybe you did, let's just say i have an awesome taste for great music and today... music's just broken..
User avatar #24 to #23 - gtobirilsrelbxw **User deleted account** (11/19/2013) [-]
Dude, I completely agree with you. :o

Today's music is, with the exception of very few, broken and wasted.

Old music is where I find myself drawn.

I use Steam and I play Audiosurf. It's the perfect way to both enjoy a simple puzzle game and listen to your favourite music. ( ^.^)b

Other than that, I do play Minecraft, Terraria, and Civilization. o3o

I was actually planning to livestream Audiosurf soon, too. You're more than welcomed to accompany me. ;)

Do you have Steam?
