thats a valid point that would have to be made for all considerations not just that of a male student, but thats not the case in most of these situations, especially since the legal age of adulthood is 18, even if the consent age is lower. but i see your points and they make sense they would just have to be implemented globally in the justice system.

ok but the problem is that if a male teacher had done the same with a 17 year old female student then he would have been crucified, and like the guy said, "just because boys dont care to lose thier innocence doesnt mean they dont deserve it just as much as girls do." hes pretty right, if the justice system is going to defend a 17 year old girls rights like that then they should defend the boys rights and give the same punishment. justice should be blind, not saying hey shes hot and its cool yo.

My point is (i suppose i didn't directly say this but i'm saying it now) that the willing consent of the 16/17 year old should be a factor in the sentence no matter what gender both parties are.
If the teen felt in any way pressured into the interaction, or into continuing then yes FUCKING CRUCIFY THEM but if it's a willing engagement on both sides then it's nothing worse than a breach of student/teacher conduct, not that it shouldn't be punished but definitely not as heavily as actual sexual extortion/blackmail from an authority figure against a minor.....

Honestly though i think there's 3 things that make for worsening degrees of assault.
1) Was the teen in question already sexually active (accounting for loss of innocence)
2) Were they pressured into anything
3) Are they mentally developed enough to make that choice. I know it's not realistic that any of this should/could be measured, but it's criteria for abuse vs breach of conduct all the same.

Should Muslims then be glad that ISIS kill people because it gets the point across for all of those who don't?

It was a joke.
Although if they're actually 100% devout Muslims who believe that you should murder anyone who tries to stray from the teaching of Islam then yeah, i kinda tend to think they're happy about their beliefs being carried out. That's more about a stupid set of beliefs than anything else though, in this case we're talking about the point being basic human decency.

Yeah, Christians can't know shit about what God wants. No one can. We can try to enact what the bible says to do, like loving thy neighbor and all that happy crap, and be "Christ-like." Frankly, I think the bible has some good shit, and some stupid shit. Respect people and be kind regardless of who they are, that's good. But wearing mixed fabrics will send you to hell? That's stupid shit.

Yeah but the problem with any religious text is taking the writings the wrong way. This might make sense to you, but if someone disagrees enough it can cause issues. Not being disrespectful or anything, but it is just the case unfortunately.

Yeah exactly! Though I admit to not having read the bible I was always sort of taught that it's not law or infallible, but contains a lot of good stories to teach children morals and is a decent guideline for how not to be an asshole.

yeah i think if it were an avenger advocating for the nazis, hed probably still not be violent but he'd be way more upset and angry because obviouslly theyre part of his team and being part of his team means to be anti nazis. i reckon he'd stop being friends with them, get suspicious of them. i dont think theyd get a long rant, hed probably just start at them and lose all respect for them. itd be a short sharp conversation

Yeah. I just can't see the situation where normal people are having a conversation with captain America, I think it would depend on who said it and if he thought they could take the punch, like Tony wearing the suit would probably get floored for saying some shit like that... Also maybe if he was on a talk show with some fuckwad neo Nazi, the amount of frustration associated with trying to converse with lineage hate groups is enough to make almost anybody throw a punch.

hes not the kind of guy to punch you for liking the nazis, hes a peaceful guy. he only resorts to violence when its the only answer.

tony is constantly directly insulting him and telling him hes outdated and even then he refused to hit him in an outmatched fight, he insisted Tony put on his suit and fight. so the idea he'd hit me, a normal human, for lobbying for the Nazis is silly.
sure he'd get angry at me, he'd think of me as a piece of scum but hes not one to use physical force to get his views across. that's more thor, or hulk, and black widow somewhat.

and i think op meant the game was you cant interject with points, you have to say a phrase and see how long a reaction you get. otherwise itd be pretty easy to make the rants ages long rather than just minutes.

"Well the nazis while being a small country like they were, were able to conquer most of europe, if america had stayed out and let them do their business, then maybe sided with them, they could of controlled the world. we might of been able to convince them to not exterminate the jews as well so. also around the time, germany was also able to turn their country around and slowly become a world superpower, so oblivously it would end up helping america more than it would hurt them."

okay what about this.

The same Nazis that spawned hydra? I think he's just punch you for not knowing why the Nazis are bad or else not do it because he'd know you're trying to fuck with him and it'd ruin the game.
Maybe something more like "You know communism is actually a pretty decent idea, I mean if you're talking about actual communism as outlined by Karl Marx, it's basically perfect" Which would lead him to have to go do research if he didn't already know, it's also a quick way to interject multiple points into an argument which he'd have to counter...

Multiple women selecting one male by default wouldn´t work out. It´d go very well for a single generation, after that the risk of inbreeding would jump on the local level.
User avatar
#40 - derpthefifth (01/06/2016) [-]
One you're assuming that the children aren't raised together and two you're assuming that people don't come and go. Also the opinions of individual women concerning their ideal male are very different, some women would rather be monogamous anyway, and beyond that female psychology breeds diversity (if a 4/10 guy gets a 8-9/10 other women get curious/interested about what's so special about this guy). That's all assuming shit was reversed and polygamy was the norm as opposed to monogamy.
