it's not really advice on how to move on from the situation, because i'm almost laughing at myself for even wanting that back. It's more of a how to get back on the saddle of finding someone new after 4 years of strictly monogamous relationship.

maybe try the club scene, it's easier to flirt with people at a club that's designed to get people out and have fun than say a college might be therapeutic too. or if you go to college just branching out and flirting could help either way
