You can also modify your pushups to put more stress on certain muscles, which has the same effect as increasing the weight. Diamond pushups put a larger workload on the triceps, and wide pushups place a larger workload on the pecs. Decline pushups, with your feet up on a chair or something, increase the overall weight while getting your deltoids more involved.

Anyway, mad props for actually caring about your body. Don't ever give that up.

One of my more athletically inclined friends puts his toes on the wall and does handstand pushups, but that shit is getting into the "Wow, this is really fucking uncomfortable" region of exercise. I wasn't sure how to modify pushups to work different part of my torso, but now I know. Thanks for the extra help. I'm gonna need it.

Lots of strict pushups, find somewhere you can do pullups, do leg raises in the same place.

Do sprints and lunges. You could at least set up a decent base of strength by doing these.

All you can do is increase volume for now. So try to do more reps of every movement every workout.

Starting strength, perfect beginner workout. Focuses on the big lifts, gradually gets you stronger and bigger. Do it right, keep good form, and keep your ego in check, you'll see results guaranteed.

My only warning is that once you start seeing progress, and start gaining weight, you may not want to stop. I've yet to see a lifter who got into it and saw progress go "meh I could just stop where I am and be happy". You usually become insatiable, which is good.

french is probably harder to you because german and english are both germanic languages (english is a little romanic too, but not that much) and french is pretty much full on romanic/latin

But I like the sound of it better than german... the spelling is more complicated thats true... Well, german is spelt pretty much how it sounds...
but I don't know about pronounciation, I guess it depends on the sounds your native language uses...
Being danish, we do share a lot with german, german is a bit harsher I think, but really thats it... and I can't really think of any sounds the french language uses that danish doesn't...

Most likely... in the three years I had german, I had four different teachers...

The first didnt teach shit, mostly talked about her own life (then at some point she was in a car crash and her husband got cancer so she quit)

second teacher was pretty cool, he tried to teach us but the level was just too high for us because of teacher nr1 so we didn't learn all that much

teacher number three was a german lady, and a teacher, but not a teacher of the german language... and she was a bitch, got angry if you had questions and shit...

The last was one of our regular teachers, for some reason they didn't put him as our german teacher from the start, which was moronic, I learned more from him than I ever did from any of the other...

Also I don't like the way the language sounds... only reason I had german was because the school I went to sucked so they didn't have a french teacher

they came to me for their problems because though i had protection i still got picked on by certain people so i ended up collecting a shit ton of dirty secrets that can be used against people. most of which went to a certain guy who used them. i was simply the information collector and in turn he protected me. i was just so cute and tiny people often mistook me for being childish which can easily translate into naive or stupid. and i apparently was to stupid so people let their gaurd down. so it actually very great lol. i miss those days lol.

Yeah, everyone always tells me to cherish schooldays, so I try my best. During school, all I want to do is get out, and in the summer, all I want to do is go back.

I suppose that's true. There's been so much shit that's made me completely change my lifestyle.

That's pretty awesome work you have there. 12x better than i could hope to do, I never was an artsy person though. That's a shame, i thought you were gonna tell me that someone died or you all had a meetup or something. Oh well.

Oh, yeh. Something did happen. There was a mass suicide. Brix, Feline, Prestige (that's all I can remember) deleted they accounts within minutes. I forgot.
