So, what's your process of making a comic?

think of an idea, see if someone else likes the idea, leave it for a few days to see if i come up with anything extra then make it in paint

you?

Write an idea, doodle it, make the pencils of it, ink the pencils with sharpie on my light board, Scan it into my computer, edit it with Sai and Gimp to give it color and lettering.

It's a lot of work, but I don't mind.

It's also a much warmer feeling to draw on paper. Nothing on a computer can replace the feeling of pencil and pen on paper and that feeling of accomplishment when you're finished.

I hate the music of today, LMFO (or whatever) katy perry, those slow passed songs about being drunk, young and not caring, dammit! those songs are designed to be fed to the crowds!

thanks for not getting all mad about it (even though I did, sorry).
There is a common misconception about what an 'OC comic' is. Basically, it's one that you make yourself, without the use of Rage faces.
While you did use rage faces, the comic it's self was actually really funny.
You do have some skill when it comes to using a computer for these things, maybe you should try just drawing your own expressions.
It may take some practice, but the result will make you feel better than if you just used something someone else made.

Hey thanks a lot for the advice and I'm actually surprised it received as many thumbs as it did, which makes me feel bad because those thumbs should be for people like you, and not for newfags like me. I'll make sure to keep making OC.

Don't feel too bad, Rage comics aren't that bad, there's just a whole lot of them.

It's not like you're doing it and not being sorry for it, like pretty much everyone else who posts rage comics on the OC channel.

Also, when you think about it, we're all newfags. Moot is the only oldfag.
