Yeah, I guess that works, like you never hear about actually good cops doing their job right on the news. No one would find hearing about that interesting. What you always hear about is the assholes who are well, just being abusive and such because they abuse their power. These"feminists" just use this attention to gain more followers. (Sorry it took me so long to respond, I just totally forgot about this because its been over 5 months since this actually happened)
It is the kind of thing that I am against, and it represents itself as Feminism, and is supported in the womens studies classes at university that try to convert people to it. You want to fight for equal rights? Be a humanist, not a feminist, as the term feminism is in and of itself biased. I'm also not positing that no good has ever been done by feminism, I am positing that it is no longer the force for good that it once was, and deserves to be fought in it's current inception.
Don't you mean "egalitarian" when you're talking about treating everyone equal?
Yes, sort of. Either term works, really, but egalitarian is more of a political standpoint whereas humanism is more of a logic standpoint.
