That's what I thought it was. The only strategy game I really like is Fire Emblem Awakening. I play more choice driven VNs not really one for game play or kinetic VNs. Next on my list is grisaia no kajitsu and then maybe I'll play Monster Girl Quest but idk how I feel about that second one. I recently lost my VN where they gave out already english patched VN so I only have grisaia no kajitsu at the moment.

if you like Fire Emblem awakening, I suggest you try Kamidori Alchemy Meister, it's a grid based turn based game, on top of porn, lots of customisation, three different endings for different waifu paths, and a lot of NG+ content on top of that. also it's like a mix between Fire Emblem and Recettear, as in you manage your own shop, and create and sell your own armor and equipment, on top of having tons of different units to help you through dungeons. the rooms in your shop can be filled with tools that help you be better at creating things, or even give you supplies for free as time passes in the actual game. the game even has amazing replay value, as going through the game a second or third time means you know more about the maps and enemies, trying different tactics to take you to victory

Be warned: Grisaia no Kajitsu is very "wat?" in some of the storylines
