he's saying he's european because he's has specific experiences in europe with immigration that make trumps harsh immigration laws seem appealing. he's not saying it to appear more credible or better than americans.

as an Estonian I'm pretty sure that guy is european because
a) everything we know about Trump is memes on this site and very minimal news on public TV. Average EU citizen doesn't know / care about candidates until someone has been elected.
b) everyone secretly hate immigrants. germans for example do not talk about the immigrants as an issue publicly in fear they get called nazis. even one bad word about them in facebook and they will get silenced. (I worked in germany last summer and the locals feared immigrants going on robbing sprees as a lot of them were sleeping on park benches)

The only countries in Europe who haven't been invaded by immigrants are Baltic countries, Poland and few more that I forgot about because they are too poor to give them fancy-schmancy living.

I'm guessing OP lives somewhere in western-europe with immigrant problems.

Eh most don't specify the country cause then they get targeting responses. Like if a German complained some idiot would bring up WWII or some shit because of association.

Also it's generally better to get opinions from those who have experience directly with something, and a European would certainly have experience in the European refugee crisis that's sweeping the continent.
