The semantics of the argument are retarded. If a pregnant woman dies in a vehicular crash that was caused by another driver, said other driver can be charged for the death of the unborn child (yes this is fact, look it up). The law already recognizes the fetus as a living person, ergo, abortion is already murder in the eyes of the law.
