If you defend yourself, she could go to the cops and claim that you raped her. And she'll have the bruises to "prove it". And the especially fucked-up ones will rape you, then go to the cops and say you raped her. And they'll have the DNA to "prove" it.
I don't believe in casual sex, but if you don't pay attention to the signs, even a girl you've been with for a while could pull this shit. My own mother once said to me "Women are crazy, man." For context, she was telling me that I should never tell people if I have a lot of money, especially any girls I might be dating.

The scary thing is, I'm not a big guy, or an overly strong guy, so I could very easily be held down. The only way I could defend myself is with more violence than most people would need.
So clearly the trick is to murder your rapist and hide the body very well.

That's kind of the point I'm trying to argue against, everyone sees it that way, but it's really not that way. Girls think about sex as much as guys do, girls enjoy sex too.
