| gender dysphoria is a real mental disorder what im getting from you is a "oh your depressed stop being so sad" "oh you have adhd fucking listen for once" type deal "then you have a legitimate mental illness. Also an issue of conflict, as many psychologists would suggest treatment in bending to the proverbial will of the dissociation, whereas some seem to quell such desires via other means of therapy. timetostopposting (11/16/2015) [-] "so they made him let them help him re-dig it" Took me a while to understand that sentence When I was in high school, i did contracting, Mexicans work cheap as fuck, but their work is always the bare minimum a lot of times dangerous in quality. They first generation immigrants are the hard workers, the one busting their ass to make a life here after traveling thousands of miles. No idea why they call them lazy they're the ones in the field doing the jobs no one else will do in my area after they started deporting immigrants there were tons of orchards that were looking for people desperately to pick the fruits since they were starting to go bad. With so many openings still no one applied because you actually have to stand in the hot sun and put in effort to get paid well I worked on an industrial style flower The problem was, it's by far the shittiest job I ever worked in terms of working conditions, and we only got paid minimum wage to do it, when I've got paid more to do easier jobs at other places. That is probably the biggest way that foreign workers hurts our working class: they don't have the same opportunities as us, unfortunately, so they're easily exploited, but since they're exploitable, it either reduces our pay grade or removes the job. | ||

| i want a fuckin beard i want to be called he and gender identity is more than just "what you like" its who you see yourself when i look down and see breasts i feel sick when i have to sit to pee i feel depressed But you can't be a he. Just as I can't be black or have been born somewhere that wasn't Colorado, USA. That's just dice. If you can't get over the objectively unchangeable (many people can't, and you shouldn't feel ashamed about it if that's the case), then you have a legitimate mental illness. Also an issue of conflict, as many psychologists would suggest treatment in bending to the proverbial will of the dissociation, whereas some seem to quell such desires via other means of therapy. I know I sound harsh when I say this, but I feel like Again, this is just the way I see it. trans people are just lying to themselves. You can shave your head, you can wear a suit, you can do your best to piss standing up, you can even get a mastectomy Though in terms of vanity, etc. I think people should be happy with the body they've been given all around, and only change it as a means of taking care of themselves. This of course isn't too strong of a conviction, as it's difficult to say where the line is drawn in regards to "being true to the life you've been given" say, working out, to getting a tattoo, up to plastic surgery, etc. . All of that is just stuff that doesn't have to be about "gender". But no matter how much you say "he" (which is just a word) you can't actually be male (also just a word). No matter what you do, if you take on the visage of a man, even give yourself some kind of frankenpenis, you will only be pretending. If someday we have the technology to swap around your genes, stick some stem cells together, and make you an actual man, then by all means. Again, I'd think that people shouldn't, but not to a great degree. Lots of moral grey area. I just feel that people of sound mind should seek and attempt uphold the objective truth. | you dont have to do anything you know right like im making myself a man but i cant maked a penis But why? I mean I'm not judging you or hating you or anything, I just feel like you shouldn't have to worry about changing something that can't actually be changed. You don't have to conform to what society thinks a woman should be. If you like trucks and strippers, but have a vagina, why not just be a woman that likes trucks and strippers? You can't actually, objectively change the two x chromosomes or the vagina (I mean this one kinda technically, but not really), but you shouldn't at all feel wrong or out of place for acting "like a man". The two x chromosomes you have don't have to have anything at all to do with your personality. Your being a woman (something you can't help) doesn't have to have any bearing on "who you are", just like your place of birth and family. So why worry about it? This is an opinion piece i want a fuckin beard i want to be called he and gender identity is more than just "what you like" its who you see yourself when i look down and see breasts i feel sick when i have to sit to pee i feel depressed But you can't be a he. anon (11/16/2015) [-] Do you actually know anything about being transgender aside from what you read on the comment section of funnyjunk? It's to do with bodies, not femininity or masculinity, dipshit. I don't think you'd be too happy if someone cut your cock off, replaced it with a vagina and told you to "just act more masculine, it's the same thing!" I'd humor your false analogy, but its premise is impossible. Sex is determined by chromosomes which in turn determine the amount of amh that is administered to you while you're a fetus. If "gender" truly is a social construct, you don't have to conform to it. Now, if you actually have a disorder where you don't feel comfortable in your body, then that is still a mental disorder and shouldn't be romanticized. If someday we have technology that can rearrange your genetic code and make you a girl/boy, then by all means go ahead. At the current, this is impossible. I don't see why, apart from severe mental illness, you'd want to change something that can't actually be changed. Also calm down, guy. It's just a meme. Also also, if I somehow magically was given a vagina, I wouldn't worry about whether I was a boy or a girl because I'd be too busy fingering myself. But yeah, let's stick to using hypotheticals that are within the realm of possible reality. | ||

But i don't imagine myself getting fucked in the ass / Sucking its dick. I mean its a rather high "Standard" You're putting on people to be straight when, If you go back to the days Roman empire, It was considered "Weird" For a Caesar to not marry / Have a literal 'fuck boy'. So yeah, If looking at a picture and masturbating to it makes you gay, then boy oh boy, Do you need to go outside! #34 -

And, again, I'm just some dickhead on the internet. there are trans-trenders who are your non binary gender pyrofoxes there are always cunts out to whore off the LGBT DSM 5 sees treatment of gender dysphoria as OPTIONAL hormone treatment and surgery and you cant just obtain surgery it takes years of psychiatry morals are kinda subjective here personally im pro transition anti FTM bottom surgery until they can make a penis that works ill keep my prosthetic dong Right? Phalloplasty is kind of horrifying, imo. Anyway, DSM 5 sees it as optional because psychotherapy is pretty much all they know to do, because no one really knows the etiology. Gender reassignment is the primary course of action because it has a higher rate of patient satisfaction. My personal conviction is the desire to cure the illness, not satisfy all those that have it. But yeah, I've researched the topic quite a bit because of debate. Bear in mind, the moral conviction I have over this whole thing is pretty low-priority for me. Relatively benign disorder compared to others of which we have similar or less knowledge. also dysphoria isnt a illness its more of a disorder they are diffrent where illness is a "wrong to be made right" dissorder is "it doesnt work like normal but it isnt harming anything" personally i say "let them get SRS as it only effects them medically and if they fuck up eh natural selection" if i was fertile id keep all my bottom bits, most ill get is full hystorectomy so i can get my gender marker changed, and so i stop the whole cysts on the ovaries thing (im not fertile because PCOS is all lol fuck your ovaries nigga) i kinda wanna be a dad someday take care of my daughter train my son create better people for this world but i cant have ones of my own so maybe some day when im 30 or some shit ill adopt when people say she it brings actual pain to me i cant just stop "worrying" about it #35 -
anon (11/16/2015) [-] Do you actually know anything about being transgender aside from what you read on the comment section of funnyjunk? | ||
