 I heard a lot recently about the US election system. I mean ours is fucked up I know, but the US one is a bloody mess from top to bottom. And yes, the interests of the republicans/democrats have shifted (multiple times?) one multiple topics. German one. Direct vote for "council" no influence over the head of state ... Yeah but our elections got also faked. This was proved but nobody cared about it. | ||

 Of the covers of which i am aware i prefer the Rehab cover.... The Disturbed one just seems a bit breathy and feels like it's trying a little to hard to be emotional. I actually like disturbed, but they didn't do that song justice  Nevermore's version is pretty damned decent. They did their own music though Da fuck did you just have me listen to.... That wasn't good, that wasn't good at all!  Well the only thing i'll say in my defense about this, because it seems it has created a decent shitstorm, is that i had no one to ever tell me what bands or whatever to listen to, i got into rock/metal and all that stuff al by myself and i just listened to whatever i got to stumble upon, and well, didn't happen to stumble upon Simon and Garfunkel.  I personally like disturbed. Doesn't stop funny things from being funny. | hasn't texas voted like 60-70% democrat in the last elections, but due to gerrymandering the whole state turns out republican? #36 -

Many Southern states vote democrat in local and congressional elections than in national ones because the democrats run as more conservative than their Northern counterparts. These are the Blue Dogs, basically an artifact from a bygone area when the South voted exclusively democrat.  A quick google search shows that 57% of Texans voted for Romney(the republican) in the 2012 elections. While 55% voted for McCain in the 2008 elections.
