Did you do it with 90 degree angles? I think the idea is to keep your knees bent so your thighs are parallel to the ground and your calves to the wall

yes what else would i do. i can even sit in squat for 2 minutes. i think im good at this because i have kind of a bacteria phobia, so whenever im at a public bathroom/school and need to take a shit i just squat without touching the seat. kinda like an OCD for me.

the routine is supposed to be done three times

but I think it's supposed to work in conjunction with the rest of the exercises, so it's not necessary to do it for as long as you can
