Yeah, i know. But there is this little hippie-style community in Denmark called Christiania, where people sell weed in stalls on the street, and a large portion of the people living there smoke it in public. They even have a street called 'Pusher street'. The police also knows that they sell it, but don't do anything about it. BTW, smoking weed is legal in Denmark, but selling it, buying it, or having it on you, is illegal.

The same goes for drugs like cocain and heroin.
It's okay to use it in a special room known as a fix-room, but buying it, selling it and having it on you is also illegal.
