Like I said, it's not game breakingly big, it's just they're bigger than average. Whilst it's not distracting you, it is covering up a part of your screen that could be used to see what is beyond the model.
And yeh, I'd expect them to be modifying it for a while to come, even after release. It's the kind of game that will probably need to be patched regularly.

For PSU just check that the watts are high enough and it's at least 80Plus bronze certified. With that build, about 600W should be plenty.
For case, it's really a matter of preference, as long as it supports the ATX motherboard size then you really can't go wrong with a case. If you choose to overclock your PC though, I'd recommend getting one with a bunch of of spaces for fans to provide better cooling.

I don't really know much about the Intel socket types since I've been looking at AMD, but I'd assume this one would support a 2500K or 3570K. Plus it's Asus, and you really can't go wrong with an Asus product.

What's the difference between the TI version and the non TI?

They have slightly different GPU's but use the same architecture.
The big difference is the 660ti supports 3-way SLI whilst the other only supports 2-way. Hence why the non ti version is so much cheaper. Since I doubt you want to spend the £200+ for an intel motherboard that supports 3-way SLI, then I really wouldn't recommend that card.
Plus the 660 draws less power so you get to save on electricity.

Im playing on 1400x? now and with high and very high settings but i set shadows and another thing off.

Turn the graphic settings down a little. Also make sure that 1400x is actually what your monitor resolution is. It just sounds like frame rate drops due to the load going fast puts on your machine (loading more textures faster, loading more objects, etc.) Also, try disabling Vsync, might fix the problem but it might cause some other problems.
