Norway is great, too, I actually got some ancestors from there...generations ago, tho.
And yeah, Denmark is incredibly calming.
We have that, yeah, but we also have the work > enjoyment-idea. The german mindset is incredibly annoying and frankly - harmful, at least to people like me.

Oh fuck, you´re danish? Now I´m jealous. Denmark is my favorite place ever and tbh, I feel more at home and more myself there then I do here in Germany. The whole country has a fantastic....I dunno, mood/feeling to it. It calms me down.

Scandinavian Masterrace, represent! I lived in Norway for 12 years as well. My favourite country ever. But I do agree, the Danish mindset and everyday pace is...calming. Very nice and easy with a Happy go lucky attitude! Germans are friggin hilarious though, you guys have a good dose of self irony!

Interesting. Tbh, smooth talking, especially in the sense of making others think that I know what I´m talking about while I don´t might very well be my only REAL skill.

With my group of friends, NYE is always the biggest party of the year when everybody comes together even when they moved away, work or study elsewhere, etc, etc. My best friends family owns a building company so they´re...well, rich as balls, so they own a mansion with a bar that puts every club to shame. We tend to party there with everyone who´s kinda important. Pretty neat, actually, as most clubs are completely overfilled around here at New Years.

That sounds...interesting, I guess. Now that I think of it, I´ve never seen a REAL Bitchfight going on.

Well, its a little different from e.g. girlfights you see in the US. This was in Denmark, so it was pretty much badmouthing like you've never heard it before! The club was some high-class snobby place. Suits me fine for a party, but thats about it!

This New Years Eve was the first time that I didn´t drink on NYE since...dunno, 6 years or something. Hell, drunk people at the end of the year are so goddamn funny if you aren´t one of them, I have to say.
Tbh, I didn´t do jack shit with 18. I was pretty depressed and all that, so I didn´t really reach anything at that age. - so, no need to feel threatened

I got the term in the city council due to dumb luck and a big mouth. I'm a smooth talker if I put my back into it! But hell, all I did at 18 was gaming, pipebombs (the ones that go boom) and the city council. So I know the feeling!

I usually spend NYE with my family, but thought I'd try something different. Spent the evening with my ex-roomie (Who is gay btw), and his 15 girlfriends. It was pretty interresting. Ended up with me, my ex-roomie and another guy getting drunk and watching the girls bitchfight with every other girl in the nightclub. In the end, all the guys were sharing drinks and jokes, while the girls were sharing chokeholds. T'was a good night.
