No, it can't. The person who shot up the school was mentally unstable the entire time, he didn't just go unstable, it was in him the entire time. Most teachers just send a kid out of the room if he starts pissing her off, just just immediately resort to violence. Plus a majority of teachers are liberals, think they'd carry a gun unless it was mandatory?

I don't know if it was referring to teachers, my school has a public relations cop that carries a gun at all times. He basically functions as security.

Just because yo get a backround check doesn't mean you can't snap one day. I don't want my teachers armed, and if they are, I would not let my children even near that school.

The definition of marriage is a man and woman, at least in California. Lots of same sex couples get a civil union and share health benefits and adopt children, they call them selves married, wear wedding bands, and no one gives a fuck.
My point is that California State law doesn't prohibit homosexuals from marrying but only recognizes a marriage as one man and one woman.
I don't know why that's the governments business at all, why do they hand out marriage licences to any one?
I say keep the government out of it, and have the government recognize no marriage.
