It's still rooftops, doesn't matter if it's american rooftops or Italian. The setting is one of the easiest ways to change a game. AC3 basically the same game as AC2.

They all have almost Identical gameplay though. Thats why they are not much different. AC Brtotherhood and revelations all should have been DLC, they were definitely not worth $60. Each AC is basically a reskin with a few new features.

you gotta give credit to the story though. a lot of games that are plot-heavy won't have major changes in gameplay, just tweaks and refinement. AC has that excuse while CoD doesn't.

while i agree with you about brotherhood and revelations, ac 2 and 3 were worthy sequels.

another example would be mass effect. No real gameplay changes there, but by god did i look forward and enjoy the sequels.

I'm not a fan. I don't follow the story. I just wondered why they never made a Japanese Assassin.

Also, getting numbers where I work is nigh impossible. There are 3 stores within 5 miles of each other, 2 of them being right across the road from each other. 50% of my customers are older people buying games for small children. My manager also only works me between the hours of 5pm and 9pm, which are peak hours for people who don't give a fuck about reserves or PUR to shop there.

I also refuse to deny myself integrity for the company. My manager wants me to brow beat the fuck out of people for numbers, and I won't do it. I try as hard as I can without being overbearing to sell what they want me to sell, but I'll never be a prick just to make the company a few bucks.

Sounds to me like you just work for a sweet district. My manager, DM, and RM are all self-righteous pricks who only care about the stores' rankings and not about the people who work for them. My job isn't a laid back chill job either, because if I'm not always cleaning, rearranging, or organizing something, I'm getting in trouble. Yeah, I enjoy meeting cool people and talking to them, but honestly, if they took away the whole reserve/PUR requirement, I'd be so much more willing to work hard for the company.
