 Holy shit what kind of privileged life have you lived? In America, where we can get a gun easier than a driver's license, there are kids as early as the 6th grade that are fucking around with guns and throwing up MS-13 and whatever various gang signs and shit.  I also think the whole 'DON'T PREORDER ANYTHING DURR' thing is what also counts but in all honesty working 5 days a week there I get about 1 customer a day talking about F4 and about 10 for CoD. Regardless of your thoughts, CoD is a MUCH larger fan base than anything. | ||

willys (10/24/2015) [-] Doing nothing but moderate cardio won't do a lot for losing weight either. It helps with cardio but the better cardio shape you're in, the more efficient your body is, i.e. you burn less calories doing the same activities. Even if you don't want to lift to get big, you should at least throw in some sort of lifting to put on a little bit of muscle. Also, if your primary goal is just to lose weight, interval training will get you much better results and takes less time commitment.  Cut calories, carbs and sugars. Try to take in as many lean proteins as you can when you eat. Sleep well and drink unholy amounts of water. Don't drink too much tho you can kill yourself. Cardio is for fat burn, but the more muscle you have, the more calories you naturally burn. Also, B Vitamins are the shit. | ||
