some stuff doesn't need to be actually wired to work, just in close proximity to one, easiest way to check is if there's a number next to the energy symbol in the builder, means it needs to be wired (so things like advanced turrets, water purifiers, the lightboxes in op's pic), if it only has the symbol (like most lights and the tv sets) then just being close to a wire will make it work.
Some exceptions though, like the jukebox; needs power, but doesn't need to be wired

TLR, if you cant wire it, whack it next to a live wire and see if it works

wires are very picky about going through things. Try moving your connectors around

T-51 and T-45 are flat out bad in F4. They're both extremely rare and last less than half as long as the most common type, T-60

I like the look of the T-51 but T-60 is better statistically. Ultimately X-01 is the best in both looks and stats.
