alright, now i need detailed instructions

Allright, take the folder/program you want to assign a new icon to. (Not all programs can have their icons changed). I'll use steam as an example. Finde the executable that starts steam and right click it. Press 'Properties'. In this new window there should be a button that says 'Change icon' (Or something like that). Hitting this button will open a new, small, window. Press the button that says 'Browse' and find the icon you want. You should only be able to see pictures in the .ico format. Find the picture you want, and select it and open. Press 'Ok' on all windows. Now your icon should be changed.

Here's a .rar file containing all the icons i've got. It also contains another folder with the icons transformed into .ico files. You'll need to use these files to assign the icon to a shortcut or program.
