You're talking about magazines made during like WWII, they were cheep, because there were no stockpiles to speak of. They had to be made as fast as possible. You could use them more than nonce, but they weren't made to be used many times before they failed.

I'm just saying that is one of the only reasons that has surfaced that could explain her stupid comment, and even then...I mean...she really needs to do some current research. :D
