Are all the various playthroughs the same length? I've apparently been reading for about 4 1/2 hours and just started Act 3.

they differ slightly, although the time it takes to complete a route is determined by many factors such as, the speed of your reading and how much you have put your mind into the story. even so some are said to have less text and fewer chat boxes. it seems that people agree that Hanako's is the shortest. personally i used approx 50 hours completing it. what's important is to remember that there are more than one ending to all the routes (except Kenji). i've seen people ruin the experience for themselves by thinking that it will always end well, like in romance movies etc..
