You hear so many people bitch about how Volbeat has "sold out", but I say it's a load of bullshit; I think one of the great things about them is the sheer volume of musical ground they've covered through the years. You can listen to something from just about any era of theirs, whether it's their earlier thrash metal or their more recent blues rock, and it will always have that trademark Volbeat flavor.
