If I can put it into anything, WoW is like those addicting games you find once in a while... amplified by a million.
In that with some games, you'll get so into them you lose track of time.
Think you'll be playing for one hour and then BOOM it's 5 AM.
With WoW, if it weren't for the God-sent parental controls I would've easily played from dusk til dawn without even realizing it.

All I remember is that I somehow found enjoyment in finding cows, killing them, taking their hides, and then selling them for a shit load of gold at the market.

They want explosions, gore, and much Titan killing, not rising tensions for serious battles or characters discussing possible strategies or them analyzing the whole situation or the whole world they live in.
