I like the principle of the Diablo 3 system, but I think it's a tad overkill.

It seems like 99% of loot is for the class you're playing.

I personally wouldn't mind getting a random legendary for another class giving me some incentive to try the class a bit more.

I don't think gun ban in US would solve anything. It is well beyond that. People want guns, people get guns. It's actually sad.
We don't want guns, we cannot have them without very strict permit, and nobody minds it here.
