in my town full time starting is $13/hour, but in williston im sure it's at least $15

Modernized i guess i could also say, i just know I've been in a lot of train stations, and the nicer, more modernized ones, have them, while the cheap-ass and broken down train stations around where i live don't.

Never been to a modern train-station or really any place of travel with huge numbers of people, because they usually have something like that, either a cleaning one or one that has plastic around it that circles through a cleaning mechanism, basically it provides it's own toilet seat cover.

i live in north dakota, i use a ditch if im traveling. also i have never heard of a "modern train station"
