bioshock 1, i wasn't as much of a fan of bioshock 2 mainly because of how short the story was and i wasn't even aware there was a bioshock book until i saw you're post (thank you btw).

ah, no problem. yeah Bioshock one was a real shocker, killing ryan, the little sisters at the end, all of that was shocking for me. 2 wasn't the best story, but I still liked it. Also, I have a theory (that's probably right) that Andrew Ryan isn't actually dead because the only reason the vitachambers work is because you're Andrew Ryan's son in the game and only people with Ryan's DNA can respawn in the vitachamber. Can you think of anyone else beside Ryan's son that has his DNA? Oh yeah, Andrew Ryan himself. Andrew Ryan also respawned. BOOM. Mind fucked
