How would anyone over 25 join if they hadnt done a team sport? I feel like americas military is so much lenient on joining and seems like the other way around, you join easy and cant leave

see i was thinking of joining the marines my friend who was in the marines actually pushed me towards it to and the more i thought about the more of a good idea it became so i think i will further down the line after a bit of excercise but i must go now to my birthday lunch good day to you friend

HAHA SAME LOL. I got fucked on that as well. He asked if I played footy and that they pretty much needed me to play team sports and have a full time job but the sport i do is muay thai and thats kick boxing. I really dont get it, its not like you dont learn team sports, so you would just as easily be able to learn to work as a team

plus throughout growing up and school we are constantly told you will need to work together with others team work is essential as if it hasn't already been drummed into us over the years

Its so annoying hey! They need servicemen, and when they do apply, they get turned down

they asked if i participated in a team sport and i said no i didn't so he asked me if i could but i don't get why but i do they want to know if we can work in teams but isn't that what they are supposed to teach to us weed out the weak through basic training? its ridiculous
