Of course, I meant they are delicate natured, bless them. So sweet. He sounds like he had a nice long life.

My boy, Velix, has been pretty healthy so far. Will be upset to see him grow old.

He has the coolest markings I've ever seen. This picture is one of the only ones I ever took of mine before she died, definitely had a ghetto booty.

Dat ass

Yeah, when I saw him as a baby I had to have him, never seen anything like it. It looks like he's wearing a mask. He is completely white, not a spot anywhere except his face. His face marking is almost completely symmetrical, it's so strange. We named him Velix for the upside-down 'V' on his head.

We are in the process of finding similar females to breed him to, in hopes we can turn this face pattern into something.
#161 - squilliams (11/24/2013) [-]
Can imagine ones like him would go for quite a bit of money because of the rare markings. My guinea pigs were picked for me when I was like, 11? But this one was rottweiler sort of colours which was pretty cool. She looks kinda scary here though haha.

so sorry to hear about your little fella. it's so heartbreaking to find out such a small, sweet little creature passed away, and the devastation you can see in the other pig. my first two pigs (Ram N. Noodles and Spumoni) were BFF and Ram passed away and Spumoni did just a couple months later, i believe from heart break, because even though i took him out and loved on him more than before to keep him company he never was himself when he was alone.
#62 - Lintutu (11/23/2013) [-]
That reminds me of my piggy. His buddy died about a year ago, and so of course he needed a lot more attention. During the day when i was at work, i let him hang with a little stuffed guinea pig and a stuffed regular pig. He would cuddle up to them all the time. It was so sad. He died about 2 months ago, and he lived to be 8 years old.

Pic related, my little pig

Sorry for your loss. They are delicate little souls.

We only had the smaller one for a couple of weeks while we were breeding her to our boy. She's on the left here, along with her sister.
#28 - chuffberry (11/23/2013) [-]
they were both pretty hardy, actually. they were both 6 years old, and the remaining boy is in great health. his buddy had kidney failure and had been going downhill for a few months. he was a tough little pig. here they are as babies

Not particularly true. I dress like a gentleman 95% of the time, clean shaven, handsome curly hair, and green/blue/gold eyes. Very clean complexion. I use some of the most expensive cologne(only two squirts so you have to be standing six inches away from me to smell it). Shower every day. Keep finger nails trim and clean. I can make great conversation on just about any subject. In my opinion, and I'm sort of sorry for stating my opinion, is that they're attracting the kind of girls that are degrading the human race. For example nearly illiterate, slutty, airheaded, pretentious, double standard, and extremely conditional. Then again I could be completely wrong in my opinion and you could be completely right.
User avatar #91 - tombombadil (11/21/2013) [-]
You know, I don't usually like to be this blunt, but I feel it's warranted: You're wrong. As a gay guy, I don't "attract" terrible people on a superficial level, it's just a lot easier for me to be friends with a girl because there is an absence of sexual tension causing potential issues in the friendship.

There's also a sort of cultural barrier that makes it so that a lot of straight men aren't as relatable, simply because making themselves appear vulnerable would warrant a lot of judgement or accusations that the person in question is gay. Not that gay guys are any more thoughtful than straight men, but there's not a societal wall stopping gay guys from being open about that part of themselves.
User avatar #98 - levelninetynine (11/21/2013) [-]
I see; you have enlightened me and I completely ignored that aspect about gay's. I shouldn't of assumed gay's only attracted the kind of girls I explained and that there's a lot more to it than I understand. I'm sorry if I offended you. I didn't mean to be so ignorant.
User avatar #101 - tombombadil (11/21/2013) [-]
It's fine, people just have this tendency to see being gay as something other than just who you want to sleep with. My statements may have come off more confrontational than I intended for them to be. There are just a lot of misconceptions about the behavior of gay men, and I figured it was worth trying to clear some of that up. Like I was saying, it's all a societal problem. We have these preconceived notions about how people "should" act, and quite often those hinder us from forming healthy relationships with each other.

Well, I still enjoy getting the first comment on a page, simply for the sake of having it. I've changed in a lot of ways, but that is not one of them.

Ah, was not meaning to seem to have that intent. Just sometimes it's nice to look back on old stuff. I know when I do I can usually remember somewhat what happened that day and I can compare to my average day now.

Yeah, I gotcha. It's pretty weird looking back on some old comments.
