well, i don't really remember if chrome have this function, but at least on firefox you can just log in with your e-mail on the browser, so it saves all favorites and some other stuff, its pretty convenient i guess...

cursed children are ppl born with the gastrea virus. due to this, unlike those who get infected, cursed children remains humans but with added benefits(stronger, faster, regen and various powers based on what kind of model they are). they are hated by normal ppl due to their connection to the gastrea, even if they hate the gastrea prolly just as much as as humans does. the cursed children are always born female. cursed children are often forced to stay outside of the town and if they would wander in, ppl commonly goes physically hostile towards them. exeption being those cursed children who are initiators. initiators are cursed children trained to be a special force against the gastrea, and is watched over by a promoter(normal human trained to deal with gastrea).
around here i realized that i've typed quite a long explainiation here but i hope it isn't to painfull to read.
the ones in the picture are some main initiators.
from left: midori fuse(cat model), tina sprout(owl model), enju aihara(bunny model) and finally yuzuki(spider model).

nep nep rebirth and nep nep rebirth 2.
they crash at start pre-loading screen .

I might have a fix for 2, but I'm not sure about 1. You bought them through steam, correct?

I don't know where else to get them for the PC other than Steam, so that was my guess.

Anyway, for the Rebirth 2 possible fix you need to: Right click it in your library > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files. That should take you into your Re;birth folder and from there you just need to change that folder name to not have a ";".
If the first game also has a ; then remove that too.
