Feeling useless.

Can't make myself talk to anybody about it, want to kill myself right now.

Can't even keep up a normal conversation.

My head is pounding and it feels like jumping out of my skull, I have a terrible headache along with stomach aches.

been sick since 8th of May, throwing up, shitting acid and more.

not sure what to do, not even sure why I write this, I guess I'm just gonna do some kind of log on my profile, and the people that care can read it.
