Really depends on the person and what kinda flooring they have

It's not that weird. If it isn't carpet there isn't much reason to take off your shoes unless you got them muddy or just want to keep your floors as clean as possible

Yeah, like I said it also depends on the person. If you see that whoever you're visiting leaves their shoes off then you do the same. But overall it's common not to care unless it's carpet
