I'm pretty sure they established early on that she wasn't happy being married to Tom (and who would be?), and more than once she says she'd be willing to just run away with Gatsby. However, she doesn't want to have to confront Tom (again, we can see why.) The issue was that Gatsby wants her to say the never loved Tom, which she couldn't in all good conscience do.
I don't know what you mean when you say she would have been gone, they only left because of what happened. And again, there was no way Nick could have foreseen things turning out as they did.

she as in tom mistress, they were leaving town, because her husband found out she was cheating, that was the reason for both deaths also she never said she wanted to leave him, she said it would be great if they just ran away but she wouldn't do that, she had a daughter. the feeling i got from the movie is she was never gonna leave tom she just got caught up in Gatsby being back and Gatsby's ego wasn't gonna just let anything but what he wanted happen

Gatsby would have found a way to make the connection with Daisy, it was just the fact that Nick was her cousin that meant that he introduced them. Once that chain of events was started, between Gatsby's determination and her husband's douchiness there was nothing that could stop it.
And honestly, what was he going to do, not help his unhappily married cousin cheat on her adulterous asshole husband? I'd have done the same.

he might have found another way and he might have not. but if he had nobody would have died because that chick would've been gone, and besides did daisy really want to leave her husband? or was Gatsby just making her, she just got caught up in a nostalgic romance that gave her the chance to get back at her husband.

He had nothing to do with the accident, I don't see how any of it was his fault.
