I was the same way. I ate whatever I wanted and never exercised. Now I can't eat like I used to, or else I get really sick and feel like crap. I can't get enough of the exercise either. It's kinda therapeutic to me in a way.

I'm 6'3''

Technically, I am still classified as "overweight" and I still have a bit of a gut. but with the lifting I'm still burning fat and turning it into muscle. By the end of the year I should have a decent muscular build.

And thanks. I lost all the weight in 9 months. so unfortunatly, I have some ugly skin under that shirt still.

Dude, as portable as the DS Lite was, I prefer the original, DS by far. The size was more comfortable for me, it had a better battery life, and they were built like fucking bricks. The hinge took way more abuse.

I'm one to talk though. I'm barely toning up after 6 weeks of strict diet and 3-4 days of lifting. Might have something to do with my body being weird after losing 90lbs of fat.
