I would say Oblivion, IMO. There just seemd to be more to do, and it felt more like an open wilderness.

There was a lot wrong with oblivion. The leveling system was broken, inaccessible to me because I couldn't be bothered with "efficient leveling." So was the item drops system, in Morrowind finding the Daedric Armor was one of the most difficult and rewarding things in the game. In oblivion, you found it on common bandits at level 20. The magic system, while creative, needed tweaking, as did the chameleon/invisibility glitch.
But god help me, the dark brotherhood questline puts oblivion in the lead for me. I was so fucking disappointed with the skyrim one.

I'v always said that if the whole level/combat/menu system of skyrim was put into Oblivion then Oblivion would blow it away. I still think Oblivion is a better game, i definitely put more hours into it then skyrim. I think part of that though was due to Oblivion being the first taste i ever had of such a massive open world RPG. With skyrim i had waited and waited for it and had all these ideas for it and what not. While it did not disappoint me(aside from the dark brotherhood), It could never compare to the shock and awe I had for Oblivion.

To be fair, OP didn't imply that this started with Skyrim. He implied that it was IN Skyrim, which it was.
It seems like you're just trying to show that you know more about the series because you played Oblivion..

That doesn't even look like the one on the t-shirt. It's Skyrim. Not Oblivion.
